Ingredients:
- A cup of rice
- Water
- Two cups of liquid milk.
- Condensed milk
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Crushed ice
- Cinnamon powder
Preparation:
- Hours or preferably the day before, wash the rice and place it with two cups of water to soak until the next day
- Drain the rice.
- In a saucepan, place the rice with 5 cups of remaining water and bring to a boil over moderate heat until the rice is very soft. This process lasts about 40 minutes
- The contents of the jar you take in the blender and you beat it very well.
- Add the liquid to a large pot or container, stir in the milk cups, condensed milk and mix everything together.
- Do not forget to place ice cubes and vanilla essence. Let cool.
- Serve with more ice.
