Ingredients:

  • A cup of rice
  • Water
  • Two cups of liquid milk.
  • Condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Crushed ice
  • Cinnamon powder

Preparation:

  • Hours or preferably the day before, wash the rice and place it with two cups of water to soak until the next day
  • Drain the rice.
  • In a saucepan, place the rice with 5 cups of remaining water and bring to a boil over moderate heat until the rice is very soft. This process lasts about 40 minutes
  • The contents of the jar you take in the blender and you beat it very well.
  • Add the liquid to a large pot or container, stir in the milk cups, condensed milk and mix everything together.
  • Do not forget to place ice cubes and vanilla essence. Let cool.
  • Serve with more ice.
