Whitney Cummings, comedian and creator of the hit CBS sitcom Two broke girls, calls on the wealthy Hollywood elites who support lockouts and household orders, saying they want everyone to stay home except nannies, grocers and delivery people from Amazon and Postmates.
Whitney Cummings made her caustic comment in a tweet Friday as tens of millions of Californians curl up for another stay-at-home order that will essentially prevent people from leaving their homes except for essential activities.
The mandate is expected to cause further economic devastation across California, hitting the restaurant industry particularly hard.
“It’s amazing how much wealthy Hollywood people want everyone to say around the house except the grocers, postmates and Amazon delivery people and nannies,” Cummings noted.

California stay-at-home orders have met resistance from county sheriffs across the state. Riverside County Sheriff recently called Governor Gavin Newsom (R) a hypocrite and bully, saying his department will not follow the governor’s orders.
Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Sacramento counties sheriffs have also said they will not penalize people for not complying with the stay at home warrant.
Whitney Cummings is one of the few mainstream comedians to target other liberals for their hypocritical and overly sensitive behavior.
Last year, she revealed she had struggled with human resources for saying “Merry Christmas” to a TV production crew.
