INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) – Commonwealth Engineers Inc., based in Indianapolis, is expanding its presence in the Midwest. The water resources infrastructure company has opened a new regional office in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
The office will be headed by Vice President and Senior Project Manager Toby Church. The company has not disclosed how much it is investing in the new office or how many jobs will be created as a result.
Al Strong, president of Commonwealth, says the decision to open the Kentucky office was made after previous experiences partnering with other engineering consulting firms in the Midwest.
“Based on these partnership experiences and interactions with corresponding client communities, it has become evident that there is a much greater need in the water resources industry across the Midwest region, and the Commonwealth can meet this need for the benefit of our partner communities, ”Strong said in a press release.
CEI also has offices in Crown Point, Evansville and Fort Wayne.
