Company news: Lowell A. Seifter returns to Bousquet Holstein law firm

Bousquet Holstein SARL announcement Lowell A. Seifter joined the company. He will act as a part-time lawyer on selective matters.

Seifter brings decades of experience in healthcare law, business law and commercial real estate to the firm. He was a founding member of Green & Seifter Avocats PLLC, now known as SARL Bousquet Holstein, where he practiced law from 1977 to 2011. From 2012 to 2018, he was General Counsel of St-Joseph Hospital Health Center where he focused on healthcare law, business law and commercial real estate. Since 2019, he held the position of Senior Advisor for Health of the Trinity, the parent organization of St. Joseph’s, part-time.

Seifter received a Bachelor of Science cum laude from Syracuse University and a degree of juris doctor magna cum laude from Syracuse University Law School.

He has served on the board of directors of three different listed banks over the past 17 years and is currently a member of the board of directors of NBT Bank. He is also currently a member of the board of directors of Housing visions in Syracuse, as well as Seen, an Old Forge arts organization. He is both a lawyer and a non-practicing chartered accountant.
