Latest developments:

• The State Department of Health on Tuesday reported 280 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 197 new cases in Oahu, 39 on the island of Hawaii, 21 in Maui, 16 in Kauai, one case in Molokai and six Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.

• There are now 76,191 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 53,133 in Oahu, 9,550 in Hawaii County, 9,113 in Maui County (8,771 in Maui, 203 in Molokai and 139 in Lanai) and 2,045 in Kauai. A total of 2,350 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.

• No new deaths were reported on Tuesday. Statewide death toll remains at 714, including 542 in Oahu, 82 in Maui, 76 on the island of Hawaii, eight in Kauai, one in Molokai, and five Hawaii residents who died out of state .

• Honolulu County has an average of 318 new cases per day and a test positivity rate of 6.3%, followed by Hawaii County with 71 cases and 6.3%, Maui County with 43 cases and 4.0% and Kauai County with 33 cases and 5.3%.
