OSHKOSH, Wisconsin (WBAY) – Another free COVID-19 vaccination clinic will open next week at the Sunnyview Expo Center in Oshkosh with a goal of up to 1,000 vaccinations per day. Older residents of Winnebago County can start registering for Sunday appointments at noon.
The vaccination clinic is scheduled to run from Monday February 1 to Saturday February 6.
Monday and Tuesday appointments will be reserved for people aged 75 and over. Vaccines will be available to people 65 years of age and older and other eligible community members from Wednesday.

You can also request help making an appointment by calling the Winnebago County Health Department COVID-19 hotline on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the following address: (920) 232-3026.
Walk-ins are not allowed.
“This vaccination phase will take several weeks. We appreciate the public’s patience as we continue to work to vaccinate as many residents of Winnebago County as quickly as possible, ”County health official Doug Gieryn wrote in a statement.
The Sunnyview Expo Center Immunization Clinic is a partnership between the Winnebago County Department of Health, Ascension Wisconsin and the Wisconsin National Guard.
Driving tests for coronavirus are still available on the grounds of the expo. Appointments are not necessary for testing.
Ascension Wisconsin will continue its efforts to contact eligible patients to schedule appointments at vaccinator sites.
