Geddes, NY – Hundreds of Covid-19 appointments remained available during the days of March and April at the New York State Fairgrounds, according to the state website which was last updated at 8 a.m. morning today.

Two other sites also had appointments: SUNY Potsdam and Plattsburgh International Airport.

To get a state appointment, go to the state’s “Am I Eligible” website, call 833-697-4829 to try to make an appointment.

Am I a senior? Can I get one from Kinney Drugs?

If you are 65 or over, you can have a date. Kinney Drugs administers the vaccine at 75 stores in New York City. Each store receives approximately 100 shots per week. The pharmacy chain makes these appointments available as the dosages arrive. You can sign up for an alert from Kinney’s to know when the vaccine is in a store near you. Once you receive this alert, you need to log in quickly to make an appointment.

How to cancel an appointment?

If you have made an appointment via the “Am I eligible” site, you will receive a confirmation email. This will either have a cancellation link or a phone number to call: 1-833-697-4829.

I live in Onondaga County and have signed up for the ONList. And after?

The first 90 vaccines will be administered for this waiting list reserved for seniors on Monday. These 90 people will be selected in the style of the lottery. Expect to receive the email notification at 10 a.m. today (Sunday).
