Missing man

The Dinwiddie County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a resident of the disappeared group home.

Marquez O’Neil Paige is a resident of a group home on McKenney Avenue in the DeWitt area. Paige was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on August 12 under pending warrants from Richmond. He was released from Richmond City Jail on the morning of August 23 and has not been seen since.

MPs said Paige suffers from seizures and suffers from heart disease that requires her to take regular medication. He also has intellectual difficulties, which might make it difficult for him to talk with others or ask for help.

COVID-19 weekly test

The Virginia Department of Health connects volunteer school divisions with COVID-19 test providers.

Ft. Pickett to welcome Afghan refugees

Craig Michael Dahlbeck is wanted on two counts of malicious injury, domestic violence, violation of a protection order and contempt of court.

On July 27, MPs said Dahlbeck “assaulted his ex-wife and roommate in a violent attack in Dinwiddie County, shortly after being released from Meherrin River Regional Jail.” The sheriff’s office said it has ties to Gloucester County, the city of Richmond and northern Virginia.
