Covington's "MAGA" teenager will sue CNN for more than $ 250 million

Nicholas Sandmann, a student at Covington Catholic University and wearing a cap wearing a MAGA hat, plans to sue CNN in a lawsuit alleging at least a quarter of a million dollars in damages and interests, his lawyer told Fox News.

Sandmann, filmed facing a Native American protester near the Lincoln Memorial in January, was pilloried on the cable channel, but his lawyer, L. Lin Wood, told Fox News in an interview Sunday night.

"As I told others, he was the only adult in the room," Wood said. Sandmann is also suing the Washington Post.
