The classic cult "anti-RPG" Moon finally arrives in North America. Onion Games has announced that it will offer for the first time the RPG PlayStation 1 in English at the Nintendo Switch

Moon is a RPG PlayStation 1 released for the first time in 1997 and destined for Japan. Developed by Love-de-Lic and published by ASCII Entertainment, Moon was originally scheduled to come to North America in 1997. Unfortunately, the US ASCII editor abandoned his plan to release Moon to the west, and the RPG became a cult classic.

Moon's room was quite ahead of his time. The role-play begins with a young real-world boy playing a role-playing game in the game called "Moon". He is then drawn into this version of the game "Moon" himself. He must then explore this mysterious world of role-playing and find a way to return to the "real" world. This kind of fantasy is generally known in Japan as "Isekai".

15 games we want on PlayStation Classic

Onion Games ad the very first location in English on Twitter shortly after Nintendo Direct today. Moon will be released first on the Switch in Japan on October 10 and will be available in English "not too long after".

The news of Moon's location has sparked the enthusiasm of RPG fans who want to play the famous RPG. An attempt by fans to locate Moon in English has been attempted, but their efforts have never resulted in a playable product.
