This is a result of the problems that Ramsey and the team have had.
Chronology:
June 11: Ramsey says #Jaguars will not give him the extension this year
* June 14: says clearly: no discount in the next case
* July 24: arrives at camp in Brinks truck
* August 7th: TEN & OAK / LV lists as ideal landing points, otherwise in JAX
* Sunday: Words exchanged with HC, request an exchange.

This makes a second DB in the state of Florida that is not satisfied with its current situation. Minkah Fitzpatrick of Miami is looking to get out of her position on the Dolphins.
The Jaguars are asking teams at least a first-round pick in exchange for Pro Bowl CB's Jalen Ramsey, but want more than that in return, by source.
