Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms

LIMA – The following people were recently convicted by the Allen County Common Plea Court:

Rashawn Williams, 33, of Lima, was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison for aggravated theft.

Joshawa Barry, 31, whose address is not available, was sentenced to three years probation and 120 days in county jail for domestic violence. He was ordered to pay $ 200 in restitution to the victim in the case.

Homeless Charlyn Mitchell, 33, was sentenced to three years probation with referral to the WORTH Center for burglary.

Maurice Morris, 41, of Lima, was sentenced to 24 months in prison and fined $ 1,350 for driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated. His driver’s license was suspended for three years.

Jeremy Ray, 40, of Lakeview, was sentenced to six months in jail, serving consecutive time outside Logan County, for attempting to disobey a police officer’s order or signal.

Dallas Webb, 29, of Lima, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for aggravated drug possession.

Takis Thomas, 21, of Lima, was sentenced to two years probation for possession of cocaine.
