DISNEY sets the closing date of the 21st Century Fox acquisition

The Walt Disney Company plans to formally sign the acquisition agreement for 21st Century Fox on March 20, 2019. According to a statement released on DeadlineDisney received the "last major approval" it needed – Mexican government regulators – to finalize the agreement, valued at $ 71.3 billion.
