WHO IS UPWoo, pig sooie! Arkansas needs to recruit the State of Texas to remain competitive as a program. The job of the Razorbacks just got easier. A win over Texas earlier this season was one thing. The follow-up to another against Texas A&M gave Arkansas a Lone Star sweep and a place in the nation’s Top 10 teams. Such success will only be more important in the future, with the Longhorns set to join Texas A&M and Arkansas in the SEC – likely sooner rather than later if they succeed.

WHO’S DOWN Clemson just retained a spot in the AP’s Top 25 this week after Saturday’s loss to North Carolina State. It was a tight thing, however, with the Tigers 2-2 checking in at No.25 and landing on just 34 of 62 ballots. Quarterback DJ Uiagalelei is struggling – especially compared to his predecessors – and successes have been steadily falling after losing to the Wolfpack. Top running back Will Shipley is set to miss 3-4 weeks, and defensive tackle Bryan Bresee, a 2020 All-American Freshman, is out for the year with a ripped ACL.

WHO TO WATCH What week. The flagship game is the SEC Top 10 pitting Georgia No. 2 against Arkansas No. 8. Tune in at 11 am on ESPN after “College GameDay” in Athens, Ga. It’s also not the only elite clash in the SEC, with No.1 from Alabama hosting No.12 from Mississippi for a 2:30 p.m. game on CBS. There’s something for people in the Midwest too, with No.9 Notre Dame hosting Cincinnati No.7 at 1:30 p.m. on NBC. Better to have your remote control skills to switch between the three.
