12. Packaged meat
Like other packaged foods, packaged meats (including cold cuts, hot dogs, bacon and canned meats) are full of added preservatives, sugars and sodium. These are all toxic to our body and, in particular, to our brain. Although they are easy to heat and eat, the convenience of packaged meats is not worth the damage your body and brain will suffer.
If you just need your bacon solution, opt for nitrate-free bacon and limit your intake to the maximum to avoid negative effects.
