14. Saturated fat
Some foods are inherently saturated, like fast foods. But saturated fats are also hiding in other foods that might be in your diet even if you are trying to eat healthily. For example, you will find saturated fats in high-fat dairy products, including milk, cheese, and some yogurts. You will also find saturated fats in meat products (including packaged meats) and even in coconut oil.
Some saturated fats are acceptable, but you do not want them to be an important part of your diet. Several studies have shown a correlation between diets high in saturated fat and Alzheimer's disease.
