The dynamic duo at the top combined for a single hit in 10 batting appearances on Saturday, with Betts providing a single RBI in the ninth inning. Even with the collar in the middle of the series play, Seager hits .321 / .413 / .472 in September.
The resulting change brought Max Muncy to the cleanup, where he started all 18 playoff games in 2020.
