Dragon Age 4 is "the definitive experience of Dragon Age," says the producer

Main Producer of Dragon Age 4 Fernando Melo just left the BioWare, but before leaving, he gave a brief update on the progress of the game. Despite BioWare's huge internal studio problems, Melo claims that Dragon Age 4 is becoming the most ultimate medieval fantasy RPG at this day.

BioWare is creating a new Dragon Age game, named Morrison, and the sound will be incredibly ambitious. The now-defunct producer, Fernando Melo, says that DA4 will be the definitive project, and suggests that the game is well placed for development. Melo decided to leave the ship during the least disturbing period, which could mean that the development of Dragon Age 4 is more advanced than expected.

"With excellent leadership at play, a fantastic creative vision and some of the best developers in the world, Morrison is becoming the definitive experience of Dragon Age – and I am incredibly proud and honored to have played a role in I'll look forward to the opportunity to experience the next Dragon Age as a fan this time. " Melo said in an email.

We have been writing about Dragon Age 4 since 2016 and since then we have seen the project evolve and grow considerably.

First of all it was just a teasing concept art book, then a spin-off possible. We even thought that it might be a more action-based game, but this was finally revealed as BioWare's new IP anthem.

But internally, Dragon Age 4 has changed at least twice, start as a more condensed but extremely responsive game about Tevinter spies, then was restarted in its current iteration, Project Morrison.

Morrison is a great, more open role-playing game that players know and love, but it can also contain narration elements. This means that players can connect to the Internet to experience stories and live content. Based on EA's penchant for monetization, this type of mechanic will likely have microtransactions.

But on the other hand, Dragon Age 4 might have cooperative game online and globally responsive worlds for a more immersive experience.

BioWare has not yet officially unveiled Dragon Age 4, but it has dropped a teaser at The 2018 Game Awards. No release date has been announced.
