Drug recall against high blood pressure extended again for risk of ingredient causing cancer

According to the US Food and Drug Administration, the recall of drugs for high blood pressure is expanding again. The recall of Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is the latest in the growing list of antihypertensive drugs highlighting the possible traces of an unexpected impurity, which could have carcinogenic effects.
