British singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran married his girlfriend, Cherry Seaborn, during a "little winter wedding," The Sun newspaper reported Thursday.
"Ed is married a few days before Christmas.This was very quiet.Only Ed's oldest school mates, his limited family and the priest," said anonymous source tabloid.
Aged 28, one of the world's best-selling artists, Seaborn has known Seaborn since childhood in Suffolk, in eastern England.
They would be together since 2015.
The Sun said that there were only about 40 people at the ceremony in his Suffolk area.
"He did not want to make stories and he wanted it to be something entirely for them – a tiny winter wedding," the source said.
However, the couple would organize a "festival-style party" in the summer.
Sheeran announced her engagement on Instagram in January 2018, stating, "We are very happy and in love, and our cats are also puffed up."
The Sheeran label did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
