Enad Global 7 reportedly acquired Daybreak Game Company, the developers responsible for EverQuest, H1Z1 and more, in a deal worth $ 300 million, according to new reports.
The deal, which was first reported by Gamasutra, will see EG7 take 100% of Daybreak’s stock, with the deal totaling $ 300 million in cash and stock.
In a statement to Gamasutra, Ji Ham, CEO of Daybreak, welcomed the move, saying:
