The Egyptian Stock Exchange Abandoned All Its Indicators at Sunday's Session

Egyptian stock indexes fell mbadively at the close of trading on Sunday, due to the increase stock sales by Arab institutions and investment funds,

The final statistical data for this week's first trading session showed that the EGX 30 index dropped by 0, 73% to close at 15303.79 points.

The small and mid-sized equity index (EijiX70) fell 0.33% to reach 750.09 points, and the declines included the broader index (EGX-100) which fell by 0.50% to close at 1917.67 points.

The data shows that the market capitalization of listed companies lost about LE 3.3 billion to LE 863.7 billion, after a total exchange of LE 2.7 billion.

Arab, Egyptian and Arab firms tended to sell EGP 2.3 million, EGP 29.5 million and EGP 13.2 million respectively, while Egyptian and foreign investors tended to buy for a net worth of EGP 33.6 million and £ 5.2 million, respectively.
