Global Telecom Holding Co. announced on Wednesday that it has received an offer from Vion, which holds a 57.7% stake, to buy back the total capital of 3 companies owned by the group, at $ 2.55 billion.
] A statement from Global Telecom, sent to the stock exchange, indicates that the companies are IntraNationalOnline Wireless Limited Pakistan and Telecom Management Group Ltd., the owners of Pakistan MobilCommunications Ltd.
The offer also includes the acquisition of Mobilink Micro Finance Bank Ltd. and the acquisition of Telecom Venture Limited C is a money company
The statement indicates that the offer includes debts and certain payments to the group of the company, in addition to the benefits related.
According to the statement, Global Telecom is currently reviewing the offer and will take all measures in accordance with laws and rulings.
Fion owns 57.5% of Global Tilcon, a leading mobile operator in Asia and Africa.
