HMD Global has been very busy this year, launching many Nokia brand phones, but there is still much to come, with the upcoming Nokia X5 (which will be called the Nokia 5.1 Plus outside the China). We know it on July 11th.

We know it happens because the teasers posted by the company on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging site) include the date, although the phone is initially announced in Beijing and has not been here yet. than China, so there is a chance that it will not be available globally right away.

In any case, you do not have to wait until July 11 to see the Nokia 5.1 Plus, since the phone's renderings have leaked on Baidu (another Chinese microblogging site), revealing that it is a double lens camera, a fingerprint scanner pointing to the back and a notch.

An Affordable Option

Previous leaks suggest that the Nokia 5.1 Plus specifically has a 13MP and 5MP pairing, a 5.9-inch HD +, a 3000mAh battery, an Octa-core MediaTek chipset , 3, 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 32 or 64 GB of storage.

In other words, it should be a low to mid-range option positioned as a larger alternative, dual lens to the Nokia 5 (2018), and prices as it was said to start at CNY800 (about $ 120 / £ 90 / AU $ 160), rising to CNY1,000 (about $ 150 / AU $ 115/200) depending on the RAM and storage options you are going to.

Of course, apart from the launch date, nothing has been confirmed yet, so come back in a few days for all the official details.
