While HMD Global was preparing to launch the Nokia X5 in China, a new report made its appearance at the arrival of the Nokia X6 in India and in other countries. The phone was launched earlier this year in China, and is now expected to land in India around August or September.
Consumer interest in the phone began to rise as soon as it hit the Chinese market, but HMD Global gave no indication of overall deployment. The next country to get the phone would be Taiwan, with the event scheduled for July 19.
According to the report of Nokiapoweruser, Russia is the next confirmed market to obtain Nokia X6, as it has pbaded the certification in the country recently. In response to the launch of India, the sources told Nokiapoweruser that "Nokia X6 is heading to India but the launch and launch dates have not been finalized yet". But sources have also suggested that it will not be launched until the month of August.
What's wrong with the Nokia X6?
The Nokia X6 is the first smartphone of the company to have a notch. In addition, its reasonable price is the factor why it has gained popularity in the Chinese market. For the same reason, it is one of the most requested on the phone in India right now too.
Its 5.8-inch Full HD screen with a notch in a well-made glbad and metal design makes it an attractive option for its price. Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Octa-core SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, which can expand up to 256GB via a microSD card. The Android Oreo race device boasts of a 3060mAh battery with fast charge support.
It has a Nokia 7 Plus as dual camera configuration, having 16MP and 5MP lenses by Zeiss optics at the back. The front shooter has a 16MP sensor and both cameras have a f / 2.0 aperture lens and 1 micron pixels.
We are waiting for a phone out in India in September, but there is no concrete evidence to support it. Nokia could target the holiday season in India to maximize consumer interest and boost sales or the Nokia X6.
