New York (TADIAS) – The Ethiopian community in Washington DC and the metropolitan area in collaboration with the Ethiopian Embbady announced a public rally on July 28, 2018 greet Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The event is free and open to the public and must take place in the afternoon from 1pm to 4pm.
Dr. Abiy Ahmed will travel to Washington DC and Los Angeles, California to meet with the Ethiopian diaspora community in the United States later this month.
