Rabat to find a solution to the decades-long conflict over Western Sahara

The President of the Andean Parliament, Fernando Meza Moncada, approved Thursday Morocco's autonomy plan in Rabat, describing the Moroccan initiative as "very positive".

Moncada He told MAP that the Andean Parliament supports the territorial integrity of Morocco, stressing that he believes that "the ideology of Morocco's enemies regarding the Sahara issue is obsolete."
