Everything Dan Mullen and UF players said after their UGA win

On Saturday, the No. 8-seeded Florida Gators hit the road and defeated the No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs by a score of 44-28. Strategist Kyle trask was excellent in the win, completing 30 of 43 passes for 474 yards with four touchdowns and one interception.

Wide receiver Malik davis led the team to the reception, amassing five catches for 100 yards. Star tight end Kyle pitts had two catches for 59 yards and one touchdown in the win.

Receivers Trevon Grimes and Justin Shorter also had touchdowns, as did tight end Kenmore Gamble. Running back Dameon Pierce paced the Gators on the ground, carrying the ball 15 times for 52 yards and a touchdown.

In defense, Florida was excellent, holding Georgia’s offense to just 277 yards and forcing three turnovers as well. Bulldogs quarterbacks Stetson Bennett and D’Wan Mathis combined nine successful passes on 29 attempts for 112 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions. Shawn Davis, Amari Burney and Kaiir Elam of Florida all had interceptions in the win.

After the game, Florida coach Dan Mullen and various players commented on the team’s big win over the Bulldogs.
