Exclusive: Democrat senators will propose the resolution of the climate of unity

The Senate's 47-member Democratic Caucus is planning to present a resolution calling on Congress today to act immediately to fight climate change, a Democratic Leadership Assistant told POLITICO.

The resolution will not include firm targets for reducing emissions, but it offers a rallying point to divided Democrats on the ambitious Green Green Deal resolution presented earlier this month by the Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (DN.Y.) and Sen.
