- Effective January 17, 2022, FedEx Freight will introduce a No Delivered Shipment Surcharge that will apply when a pickup is made and no shipment is released to the carrier.
- As of January 17, 2022, the rates of the international supplement outside delivery zone and the international supplement outside pick-up zone will be determined according to the corresponding level of the postal code, the postal code or the city of origin of the shipment and / or the destination location for international express freight and parcel services.
- As of January 17, 2022, a delivery and return surcharge will be charged on packages delivered or returned via FedEx Ground Economy services.
- As of January 24, 2022, rates for Additional Handling Surcharges and Oversized Surcharges for Express Parcel Services in the United States and Ground Services in the United States will be determined based on the shipping area.
