A woman suing Felicity Huffman, Lori Loughlin and other people involved in a $ 500 billion admission scam, claiming that both prevented her son's admission to the colleges.
Jennifer Kay Toy, a teacher from Oakland, Calif., Said that her son, Joshua, had not entered many schools involved in a vast scandal of university admissions involving actresses.
"Joshua addressed some of the colleges where cheating took place and did not enter," Toy said in a fraud suit filed in a San Francisco court.
"Joshua and I thought he had the same luck as all the other candidates, but that he had not managed the cup for some undisclosed reason."
"I am indignant and hurt because I feel that my son, my only son, has been denied access to a college, not because he had failed at work and studies, but because to corrupt the way of their children in a good college ".
Huffman and Loughlin were among the 30 or so parents charged on Tuesday in what officials described as "the biggest fraud in university admissions ever pursued by the Justice Ministry."
The people involved in the scam would have sought to admit students to colleges and universities by forging sports records, bribing coaches and cheating college entrance exams.
Toy's is not the first trial that follows the revelation of the scam.
Two Stanford University students filed lawsuits against eight elite universities, claiming that they did not have the same chance of being admitted and that their diplomas were worth less because of the scandal.
