Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy 's is presented at the downtown federal courthouse Friday morning as part of the corruption case in a college.

It's unclear why they had to go back to the courthouse, but it's probably related to the $ 250,000 bail they had to post for Felicity could stay free pending trial.

The federal government stated that Huffman and Macy had made a $ 15,000 charitable contribution to participate in a cheat college entrance in the name of their eldest daughter. The indictment indicates that the girl had twice as much time to pass the SAT test as the other students and the paid supervisor agreed to secretly correct the exam afterwards.

Macy was not charged, but Huffman faces 5 years in prison when he is convicted.

They were mom as they entered the courthouse.
