Actress Felicity Huffman will plead guilty on May 13 for taking part in a huge swindle of college admissions.
The star of the "Desperate Housewives" was to plead in the federal court in Boston on May 21, but a judge agreed Monday to continue the hearing because the chief prosecutor would be on the move.
The actress agreed earlier this month to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit postal fraud and postal fraud over honest services. Authorities say she has paid $ 15,000 for someone to correct the answers regarding her daughter's SAT.

Huffman was charged in March with dozens of other parents and prominent coaches in elite universities. Prosecutors said other parents had paid an admissions consultant to bribe the coaches so their kids would be admitted as fake sports recruits.
On April 8, the 56-year-old actress announced her decision to plead guilty, saying that she accepted "full responsibility" for her actions.
"I plead guilty to the charge brought against me by the US Attorney's Office," said the alum of "Desperate Housewives" in a statement obtained by Fox News.

"I am fully aware of my guilt and, with deep regret and shame for what I have done, accept responsibility for my actions and accept the resulting consequences," continued Huffman. "I am ashamed of the pain that I have caused to my daughter, my family, my friends, my colleagues and the educational community, and I wish to apologize to them and, in particular, my apologies to the students who work hard every day to get to the university and their parents who make enormous sacrifices to support their children and do it honestly.
"My daughter knew absolutely nothing about my actions and, erroneously and deeply wrongly, I betrayed her, this transgression to her and to the public that I will carry all my life. does not constitute an excuse to break the law or engage in dishonesty, "she concluded.
