Final Fantasy VII Remake will always be an episodic version

How many times do we have links to an article we wrote in December 2015? The development schedule of Final Fantasy VII Remake is such that Square Enix repeated that the game would still be divided into several episodes, as shown in the tweet below.

At the very end of the game, the game will always be divided into parts (分作) for those who still doubted (although I think many were).

At the initial announcement, it was somehow presumed that almost every episode would go on PS4, but after three years, splitting the game into parts creates new questions. We assume that the first episode will arrive before the PS5, but will it receive a new generation output soon after to take advantage of this extra power?

Recording the data should also be taken into account, as your level and inventory data will need to be transferred between episodes, which will raise the issue of data collection from PS4 to PS5. Of course, the first episode PS4 will be fully playable on the PS5 through backward compatibility, while still giving you access to what is described as a complete game.
