A 35-year-old man was charged with murder in the murder of a Florida bus operator.
Police told passengers of a Hillsborough regional bus Saturday afternoon in Tampa that Justin McGriff, 35, was arguing with the operator and then stabbing him in the throat, Bay News reported. 9.
The victim was able to safely pull his bus off the roadside after being stabbed, reported the Tampa Bay Times.

Police said McGriff had fled after stabbing the I-275, but had been quickly placed in police custody on the shoulder of the northbound road lanes, the newspaper reported.
Officers said Sunday that there was "no clear reason" for the attack.
The identity of the victim was not revealed Sunday afternoon.

The bus reportedly had about 10 passengers, including McGriff, according to reports.
HART CEO Ben Limmer called the stab a "horrible".

"We are devastated by the tragic events that have taken place today and involving our HART bus operator," he said, according to WTSP-TV.
