The girlfriend of the Connecticut man, whose former wife is missing, reportedly told police in a recent interview that his truck had been washed because his wife's body was "at one point" given to this place.
Fotis Dulos, the former husband of Jennifer Dulos, was arrested for the second time on Wednesday as part of the disappearance. Police said Fortis Dulos was apparently "on the lookout" at his home, according to the warrant application. The police claimed that the crime was committed and that the cleansing took place between 8:05 am and 10:25 am on May 24, the day of his disappearance.
Jennifer Dulos went missing during a litigious proceedings relating to custody of the child with Fotis Dulos.
The new allegations were revealed in a 43-page warrant. Fortis Dulos was arrested at his home and struck with an additional charge of falsifying or fabricating evidence of his disappearance.
But Norm Pattis, a lawyer for Fortis Dulos, says there is "not much" in the allegations that were not already known, Stamford 's attorney said.
"Where is the murder charge?" Pattis asked.
Dulos has issued a $ 500,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court next Thursday, according to a police report obtained by Fox News.
