Rogue Company, a new IP address from Hi-Rez Studios, goes to the act

This new IP address is a tactical game where players will play as a member of a team of mercenaries, the Rogue Companyas they attack targets against an enemy organization known as Jackal. The big problem of the title is the online multiplayer game, allowing teams of five people to come together to perform missions as a unit. Players can also compete against other teams, leading to a 5-v-5 online experience.

Rogue Company seems to invoke tactical style mechanisms in real time with a mix of online cooperative play, with different characters using different strategies and abilities in tandem to achieve their goals. Online modes will include a variety of goal-based tasks that teams will need to complete.

All the mercenaries you play have a variety of abilities and assaults, allowing players to adjust their character with not only their own assortment of rifles, melee weapons and even gadgets. Each character has his strengths and his preferences. Therefore, like other hero style shooters, some abilities or equipment may be more effective on a specific character. Each of the characters, however, is fully customizable visually, allowing players to let them watch as they want in the game. Hi-Rez plans to release more cards, weapons, skins and more for the game, as well that many events at stake for online players.

Rogue Company The spring 2020 release is currently planned. It is currently unknown whether it will be an exclusive Nintendo Switch.
