Fortnite fans have discovered an unusual problem with the Boogie Bomb that allows players to ignore effects as long as they have been in a BRUTE MEC.
Since their introduction with the debut of Fortnite Season X, BRUTE Mech's combinations have frustrated the gaming community – even forcing some players to turn away and play other titles like Apex Legends.
As the 10 season progresses, some have discovered ways to counter the heavy artillery vehicle, but the most effective, the boogie bomb, could be endangered by the appearance of a new virus.

BRUTE Mech has become one of the most controversial additions in Fortnith history.
In a message on the FortniteBR subdirectory, the KingKva user presented a video showing that the items do not work as expected. During the game, the Redditors were engaged in a battle with a MECH Brute when they decided to launch a Boogie Bomb in order to create space.
When players left the BRUTE, they were quickly subject to the effect of the object, prompting them to enter a dance.
However, instead of not being able to do anything but dance, a player was able to fire a combat shot, although he was affected in the game, knocking KingKva out of the game. ground and needing a boost of energy to stay in the game.
While some subreddit members immediately joked about the powerful nature of the BRUTE, a user – n0fingerprints – pointed out that the "best" tactic to counter the Mech has become obsolete.
"Yeah, the ONLY thing to counter is now buggy," they posted. "It happened to me several times," before changing their message with some examples of additional tactics to surpass the BRUTE.
Others, including Fishy_25, corroborated these claims by claiming that they had fallen into the unfortunate fate of death after another player's bombing.
They said, "The same thing happened to me, I bombarded a guy out of a mech thinking that I would have an easy shot, but for some reason he managed to shoot me."
Although they are active on the subreddit, the team of the community of Epic Games has not yet indicated if their developments were aware of the problem.
It remains to be seen if a patch is in place or if this new issue will continue to affect players who are trying to find a reasonable counter-game to the BRUTE Mechs.
