Twelve Russian intelligence agents were charged with hacking Democratic Party computers before the 2016 presidential election, the US Department of Justice announced on Friday.
These charges were sought by the prosecutor Robert Mueller, who is investigating a Russian interference in the November 2016 poll won by Republican candidate Donald Trump against his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton
