The complainant complains that the 23-year-old model has published, still on Instagram, a photo of her taken by him. The photographer would not have been mentioned as author of the image.
"Yesterday, my management told me that I was 'judicially prosecuted' for my latest Instagram post (now deleted). It's a picture of me taken in the street outside an event that took place last week", wrote Gigi on Instagram.
She continues: "I posed and smiled for the picture because I know it's part of my job, it was an event open to 'the press', and also because that's how paparazzi make a living. Most of the time, it does not happen like that, especially when I leave my apartment or whenever I feel that it infiltrates my privacy unreasonably when I do everyday things … These people are making money on our backs, harbading us LEGALLY every day."
