Alec Baldwin was arrested Friday in New York after a quarrel for a parking spot. The actor was looking for a parking space, not far from his home, located in the Greenwich Village neighborhood. He attacked a driver who had just parked his vehicle before him in a parking lot, punching him.
Police arrested him while his victim was taken to hospital, a New York police spokesman said.
Alec Baldwin has been charged with third degree badault, a charge of one year imprisonment. He was also charged with harbadment, punishable by two weeks' imprisonment. He will have to go to court on November 26 to know his sentence.
