Denmark today announced the recall of its ambbadador to Tehran after foiling a planned "attack" on its soil against Iranian nationals in retaliation for a recent deadly attack in Iran.

"I have decided to immediately call the Danish ambbadador to Tehran for consultations … Denmark can not in any way tolerate individuals linked to the Iranian intelligence services fomenting attacks on people" on its territory said Foreign Minister Anders Samuelsen at a press conference.
