Son of a couple of accountants, Jack Cutmore-Scott studies the English Literature at the University of Harvard . At the age of 20, the young man decided to start an acting career and crossed the Atlantic to settle in the United States.

The year 2017 is synonymous with Jack Cutmore-Scott's novelty. He is first part of the cast of Dunkirk, the military drama directed by Christophe Nolan. Then, the actor is on the poster of the horror thriller Bad Match. These two films allow him to discover new genres, detaching him somewhat from romantic comedies. In 2018, ABC chose him to wear his new crime fiction Cameron Black: the illusionist alongside Ilfenesh Hadera (seen in Baywatch – Malibu Alert). This is a challenge for the British comedian. Indeed, Jack Cutmore-Scott must "erase" his English accent, deliver a double interpretation of Black twins (Cameron and Jonathan) and master the art of magic. In the manner of a Castle or Mentalist, our protagonist uses his experience to help authorities stop the bad guys, while conducting his own investigation to unmask who is behind the scandal that has publicly discredited him.
