The leader of the Movement for the Liberation of Congo should therefore go directly to Kinshasa, Wednesday, August 1.

They were several hundred to regroup this Monday in front of the MLC's provincial headquarters in Gemena. Singing and dancing, these activists were there to follow the latest indications of the arrival of Jean-Pierre Bemba originally scheduled for Wednesday.

Sido Penze, federal president of the MLC South-Ubangi, is not discouraged: " Even if it does not happen on Saturday, after a month, we will always be there to raise awareness and wait for our president. The bottom line for us is that the president is no longer in prison. The president is out, he is free. The essential for us is that! "

At the announcement of this postponement, the militants were disappointed, but not slaughtered, in the image of Bienvenu Nganzio:" We are basically disappointed there. The whole city was mobilized to be able to reserve a welcome worthy of the rank of our Senator Jean-Pierre Bemba. But never mind. We are not discouraged. We are more than ever determined. And we know that one day the path of truth will eventually triumph over reason . "

In the streets of Gemena, the flags of the MLC are already floating. Several delegations came from neighboring towns and cities, they say, not to miss the return of the former vice-president.
