After being greeted by Jacinda Ardern and Wellington Mayor Justin Lester, Harry and Meghan spoke with the athletes before heading to New Zealand Governor General Patsy Reddy's residence for a traditional Maori welcoming ceremony.

Hiking, geysers and Maori culture
For the next three days, they must hike and barbecue in Abel Tasman Park in the north of the South Island, attend a reception with Jacinda Ardern at the Auckland War Memorial Museum, and visit the city of Rotorua, on the North Island, renowned for its hot springs, geysers and Maori culture.
The couple will return to Auckland from where they will leave the region Thursday after a 16-day marathon tour that will also take them to Fiji and Tonga.
It was shortly after they arrived in Australia almost two weeks ago that the palace announced that Harry, 34, and Meghan, 37, were expecting their first baby for spring.
