At least 34 people, including children, have died in the sinking of a ferry off the coast of Indonesia, local authorities said on Wednesday after the latest boat accident. " The captain and owner of the boat were the last to leave the ferry, "he said.

Shipping by boat is very common to connect the 17,000 islands and islets of Indonesia, the Asian country. Southeast where fatal accidents are frequent because of weak security measures and boats often overloaded.
