For the first time, the famous Parisian avenue was transformed into a giant cinema for an evening on Sunday, with the screening of the film "Les Visiteurs", in the presence of Jean Reno.

Lost in the corridors of time, Count Godefroy de Montmirail and his valet Jacouille the Fripouille, hero of the film, found themselves in front of the Arc de Triomphe on a spectacular screen of 180 m2 in high-definition LED technology, with a weight of 6 tons, retained by a lifting crane 30 m high.
Screening organized for the Festival of Cinema. On the initiative of the National Film Center (CNC) and the Committee of the Champs-Elysées, this unprecedented outdoor screening was organized on the occasion of the Cinema Festival which allows until July 4 to access all screenings in all French cinema for 4 euros per session. The screen had been installed at the top of the famous Parisian avenue closed to traffic up to Avenue George V.
Jean Reno present. In the presence of the former Minister of Culture Jack Lang, 1,700 privileged, chosen by lot by participating in a survey, and thousands of onlookers, attended the screening of the cult film of Jean-Marie Poiré released there is just 25 years old.
