CLEVELAND – The Cleveland Indians said on Wednesday that Francisco Lindor suffered a serious sprained left ankle during the base race at a minor league game on Tuesday.
He underwent an MRI Tuesday night and the results were a moderate sprain of the left ankle.
His return time must be determined on the basis that the timing for his right calf has not yet been decided.
