Hopkins was a registered nurse in the Neurocritical Care Unit at the University of Utah Hospital. Her colleagues told FOX 13 that she was a true βhealth heroβ.
βI think ‘hero’ is probably an understatement. She was always willing to be the first to get into even dangerous situations, especially with the COVID that happened this year, βsaid Brandon Sherrod, who worked alongside Hopkins at U of U Health. βShe has never shied away from going out of her way to help patients and dress to care for COVID patients – or any patient for that matter. She was just always ready to do what needed to be done.
