Galaxy A90 with & quot; Infinity Screen without Ink & # 39; confirmed by Samsung

Samsung has introduced several display options for phones. Celebrate it Galaxy Fold stole the show at the company's Unpacked event in February with a foldable screen in two. The Galaxy S10, S10 Plus and S10 E use a perforated cutout in the screen to house the selfie camera. And now, it seems that the future Galaxy A90 will have a screen without notch or perforation.

On Thursday, the Dutch Galaxy Club found a mention of the "Notchless Infinity Display" of the Galaxy A90 on the Indonesian version of the Samsung website. The text sits oddly in a footnote next to a picture of a Galaxy phone (A30 or A50) featuring a notch of display. There is also a sub-header under the heading "Subtitle" which may indicate that the page has not been uploaded yet.

The Samsung website says at the bottom left that "The Infinity Screen of Notchless is only available on the Galaxy A90".

Rumors in February indicated that the Galaxy A90 would have a pop-up camera instead of using a notch like last year Vivo Nex. Technically, the Galaxy S8 and S9 had Infinity screens without notches, but there were glasses on the top and bottom of the phone.

The Galaxy A90 is expected to be launched at a Samsung event on April 10th. The company did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
